Marty & Trish Radke, Owners 

A professional in the construction industry for more than 20 years, Marty has experience managing projects of any size, from small single family home remodels to residential apartment buildings.

The son of a carpenter, Marty learned the trade growing up in a farming community in northwest Iowa, along with an excellent work ethic and courteous nature. Marty has a degree in agriculture management and after several years of managing hog farms began work in the construction field. After many successful years with a builder out of Des Moines, Marty opened RCI Builders to provide quality construction and practical solutions to homeowner needs.

Marty is exceptionally skilled in project management, remodels and additions, including kitchens and bathrooms, basement finishing, trim carpentry and custom woodworking. He has worked with a consistent group of subcontractors for years, creating positive relationships that save customers time and money.

Trish officially joined the team in 2019 with the opening of RCI Builders Showroom in Adel. Trish has a degree in art and communications and utilizes both skills to help clients with design and material selections as well as facilitating the business marketing and communications.

Marty, Trish, and two sons, Cole and Sammy, live on an acreage northwest of Adel and enjoy raising a variety of animals, currently including calves, goats and chickens.
